2.3 If your session is interrupted mid-round, the game will resume from its exact server-side state when you reconnect. If the round cannot be resumed, it will be terminated and the stake refunded. If the round was resolved on our server before you reconnected, that result stands.

2.4 If a payment processor credits your account in error or processes a duplicate credit, we may reverse the incorrect or duplicate credit without prior notice.

2.5 Obvious errors in data feeds, displayed odds, pricing, or game information may be corrected at any time. We reserve the right to void or adjust bets and rounds affected by such errors.

2.6 If we detect that a player has used or attempted to exploit a technical glitch, display error, or software bug, whether alone or in coordination with others, we may void all winnings and bonuses derived from that exploit, recover incorrectly credited funds, and close or restrict the account. We actively monitor for and detect the use of AI programs that provide an unfair advantage, including programs running in the background on your device. 4.5 Any suspicious, abusive, or integrity-violating behaviour may result in game voids, removal of winnings, account suspension, or permanent account closure.

5.1 We may add, modify, or remove games from the platform at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss of access to a game that has been removed or restricted.

5.2 Some games or bonus features may be unavailable in certain countries or regions due to game provider licensing restrictions. Where a game is geo-restricted, it will not be accessible from your location. Players in this situation will have no claim against either the game provider or us.

6.1 Large wins and jackpots may be subject to extended processing times while we verify the outcome with the game provider. Payment of verified jackpot wins will proceed once verification is complete.

8.1 We may suspend casino services for scheduled maintenance or emergency technical work. Where practicable, we will provide advance notice of scheduled downtime.

8.2 We are not liable for service unavailability caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, third-party outages, power interruptions, or force majeure events.

8.3 In the event of an unresolvable mid-round disconnection attributable to our systems (not your internet connection), our liability is limited to refunding the stake for the affected round.

8.4 We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or remove any part of the casino services at our sole discretion and with immediate effect. We will restore services as soon as reasonably practicable after any temporary suspension.
